• Shipping Details: Recipient name, complete postal address, city, and nearest landmark.
• Order History: Record of items purchased, delivery status, and returns requested.
• Support Interactions: Records of communications, chats, and tickets logged with customer service.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is utilized solely for lawful business purposes, including order fulfillment, live SMS & tracking updates, customer support, and fraud detection.

4. Third-Party Logistics Partners

We share necessary delivery data solely with verified courier partners (TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax, Call Courier) and marketplace sellers to fulfill orders and collect Cash on Delivery (COD). We never sell your personal data.

5. Payment Security & Encryption

Sajanza does not store credit card numbers or banking CVVs on our servers. Digital payments through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and debit/credit cards are processed via licensed PCI-DSS compliant banking gateways with 3D Secure OTP verification.
